Robbery * April 3 -- A man unaffiliated with the University reported that two men robbed him at gunpoint while he was working from his vending cart, which is located on the 300 block of South 38th St. Police could not release a list of the items taken. The two men allegedly fled the scene in a red Toyota. No one was injured during the incident.
Burglary * April 4 -- Brothers at the Delta Psi fraternity house, also known as St. Anthony Hall, located at 3637 Locust Walk, confronted a male intruder on the third floor of the house. The intruder fled from the house, but was apprehended by police near the Annenberg School for Communication. Steve Scott, 33, was arrested.
Theft * April 3 -- A male University student reported that his bicycle -- which he had secured outside of the Towne Building, located at 220 S. 33rd St. -- was missing. The bike was valued at $350.
* April 3 -- A male University student reported that the lock, front tire and rear reflector of his bicycle -- which was secured outside of Williams Hall, located at 255 S. 36th St. -- were missing by about 11:45 p.m. The items were valued together at $150.
* April 3 -- A female University student reported that she left her cellular phone unattended in the Mellon Bank Building, located at 135 S. 36th St. When the woman returned at about 5:45, the $100 phone was missing.
* April 3 -- A male University student reported that he left his laptop computer unattended at about noon inside the Moore School, located at 200 S. 33rd St. When he returned to the location at about 1:30 p.m., the computer -- valued at $3,000 -- was missing.
* April 2 -- A male University student reported that his bicycle -- which he had secured on March 30 outside Mayer Hall, located at 3817 Spruce St. -- was missing. The bike was valued at $200.
* March 28 -- A female University student reported that she left her wallet in a jacket pocket, and then left the jacket unattended at about 1 p.m. inside Van Pelt Library, located at 3420 Walnut St. When the woman retrieved her jacket at about 5 p.m., $80 in cash, a drivers license and several credit cards were missing from the wallet.
