Theft * February 20 -- A male University student reported that he secured his bicycle at around noon outside the Clinical Research Building, located at 422 Curie Boulevard. When he returned to the location at around 8:45 p.m., the bike, valued at $500, was missing.

* February 20 -- A woman whose affiliation with the University was unknown reported that on January 25, a credit card was taken from her backpack, which she left unattended in the Law School, located at 3400 Chestnut Street. Purchases totaling $1,000 were charged to the card.

* February 20 -- A woman whose affiliation with the University was unknown reported that at around 12:15 p.m., she left her MAC card inside the PNC Bank machine, located at 3911 Walnut Street. When she returned to the machine at about 2:45 p.m., the card was missing and $60 had been taken from her account.

Public Indecency * February 19 -- A male was observed masturbating outside of the Class of 1923 Ice Rink, located at 3130 Walnut Street, at about 4:45 p.m. He was described as a white male between 18 and 20 years old, 5'10", weighing around 150 pounds, with sandy brown hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
