Robbery € September 25 -- A man unaffiliated with the University reported that he was robbed at gunpoint by two men on the 3100 block of Market Street at 10:30 p.m. Taken was a cellular phone, $26 in cash and two books, altogether valued at $200. The two robbers fled east on Market Street. The man described one of the robbers as a 17- or 18-year-old black male, 5'7" tall and weighing 160 pounds. At the time of the incident, he was wearing blue jeans and tan construction boots. The other man was described as a 20- to 25-year old black male, six-feet tall and weighing 170 pounds. He was wearing black jeans and tan construction boots at the time of the incident.

Burglary € September 25 -- A female University employee reported that someone entered her locked office in Steinberg-Dietrich Hall at 3620 Locust Walk sometime between 4:15 p.m. on September 22 and 8:30 a.m. on September 25. Taken was a Palm Pilot, a laptop computer and a computer docking station, together valued at $4,350. A window, which had been left unlocked, was open.

Theft € September 25 -- Police allegedly observed 40-year-old Taylor Walker removing a bicycle tire from a porch on 41st Street between Spruce and Pine Streets at 1:22 a.m. Walker was arrested in connection with the bike theft.

€ September 25 -- A male University student reported that his unattended backpack, which contained textbooks and papers, was taken from the McNeil Building at 3718 Locust Walk between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. The books and papers were of undetermined value.

€ September 24 -- A male University student reported that his wallet, which contained $30 in cash, was taken from a secured locker in Gimbel Gymnasium at 3701 Walnut Street between 12:30 p.m. and 2:15 p.m.
