Juice vendor opens in Moravian CafZs Amazon Juice, based in Philadelphia, opened in the popular food court that had been plagued by vacancies over the past several years. Amazon Juice, which filled the last vacancy in the food court, is known for its fruit smoothies and fresh-squeezed juices as well as soups and chili. Another vacancy in the food court was filled last February with the Buckhead Deli. The 3401 Walnut complex has seen its share of retail changes over the years. The Gap expanded over the summer to more than twice its original size. And two longtime University City establishments, University Jewelers and the Pennsylvania Book Center, relocated from the old Bookstore building last year before it was destroyed. -- Sabrina Gleizer
