Woman held in assault of Penn Police officer The woman, Janice Whitney, was allegedly trespassing in the Wharton School facility at 3733 Spruce Street. When an officer asked her to leave the premises, she started poking him in the hand, police said. Philadelphia Police Department officials would not comment on Whitney's current status.
