Driver causes accident on Walnut after 2 drinks According to Philadelphia Police Officer Ronald Weitman, the driver "totalled" the Acura after it hit two parked cars and then careened off of another. The 21-year-old driver, who smelled of alcohol, claimed that he briefly fell asleep at the wheel after being up since 5 a.m. Wednesday morning.
