Simple AssaultSimple Assault· January 22 -- A Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania security guard was allegedly struck in the face by a man unaffiliated with the University at about 10:45 a.m in the hospital. The male, Allan Lane, was arrested for simple assault and taken to the Philadelphia Police Department's 18th District headquarters at 55th and Pine streets.
