While finals were ending and seniors were preparing for their last goodbyes at graduation, the Penn football team began a new era by announcing the incoming class of 2021.

While most of the campus will be out celebrating Spring Fling on Saturday, Penn men’s lacrosse will be faced with a must-win game for the second week in a row if it wants to keep its Ivy League and NCAA Tournament hopes alive.

Win or go home. Penn men’s lacrosse will be headed up to Harvard this weekend in what is likely a must-win game for both teams if they hope to make it to the Ivy Tournament for a chance at an automatic bid in the NCAA tournament in May.

After falling just short of pulling off a seven-goal comeback against Ivy rival Yale, the Penn men’s lacrosse team will face another tough test this weekend against conference foe and national semifinalist Brown on Saturday.

One goal. That was the margin of defeat for Penn men’s lacrosse in both of their games against Yale in 2016, including an 11-10 overtime defeat in their first meeting of the season in New Haven. On Saturday, the Quakers (4-3, 1-1 Ivy) will have an opportunity to avenge those losses.

Penn wrestling officially finished their 2016-2017 season this past St. Patrick’s day weekend, with five of the team’s top wrestlers taking on the nation’s best at the Scottrade Center in St.

After giving up a first half lead, the tenth-ranked Quakers (2-0, 0-0 Ivy) defeated the No. 18 Blue Jays (3-1) by a score of 10-7, powered by eight goals – yes, eight – from junior midfielder Alex Condon. Condon’s goal tally, which was a career high for her and one away from both the Penn and Ivy League record books, brings her season goal total to ten over just two games.

Nothing beats the taste of sweet, sweet revenge. This past weekend, Penn men’s lacrosse (1-0) took a trip up to City Avenue to faceoff against local rival St.

This past summer, four sophomore members of Penn men’s lacrosse – Alex Roesner, Simon Mathias and Tyler Dunn on attack and Noah Lejman on defense – traveled to Coquitlam, British Columbia to compete in the FIL U-19 World Championships, the most prestigious international competition for their age group.

Penn wrestling had mixed results in a brutal Saturday afternoon this past weekend, splitting a pair of critical back-to-back conference matchups against Ivy foes Harvard and Brown.
