Students will spend a part of each class figuring out how to distill complex philosophical ideas, and they will then go to teach philosophy in a Philadelphia high school once a week.

“Social Impacts of Post-Socialist Transition and Policies for the Future” is designed to explore the histories of post-Socialist Eastern Europe from both academic and policy perspectives.
