The budget, which was passed by lawmakers last Thursday, allocated all funding that was proposed in February by Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro to the two Penn centers.

The event featured 1979 Engineering graduate and physicist David DiVincenzo as the keynote speaker and gathered worldwide quantum experts, researchers, Penn faculty, and both high school and graduate students.

Effective from 2024 to 2026, the three-year agreement provides Penn students, professors, and researchers with the ability to publish their work to Wiley’s global academic and extensive library.
