After defeating Delaware State in its last nonconference game of the season by a score of 2-0, Penn women’s soccer returned to Rhodes Field hoping to extend its winning streak against Yale.

This weekend, the Quakers went 1-1, starting the weekend with a back-and-forth 4-2 win against Yale on Saturday before suffering a 1-0 defeat to Lafayette at home on Sunday. 

On Friday night at the Palestra, Penn women’s volleyball opened up their second half of Ivy League play against rival Princeton.

The Quakers are heating up after an 0-5 start to their season, winning five of their last eight games, including two against Ivy League opponents. Much of the team's resurgence is to due to the breakout season of Fagan.

Penn teams will have had their fill of competition from Yale after this weekend, as field hockey and both soccer teams will face off against the Bulldogs. 

Gardizy is making a name for herself as one of Penn women's cross country’s most promising rising stars.

Once again, Penn is projected to share the top spot with a familiar foe. This year’s Ivy League preseason poll has placed both the Quakers and the Tigers in first place. 

Banks, who is just a sophomore, has played 680 minutes this season over the course of Penn's 13 games, the most of any non-goalie on the team.

The 2019-2020 Ivy League men’s basketball preseason media poll was released today, ranking the Quakers second.

In its final nonconference match of the season, Penn women’s soccer defeated Delaware State by a score of 2-0. In reality, it wasn’t as close as the score suggested. 

On Monday, freshman midfielder Sizzy Lawton was named Ivy League Rookie of the Week after scoring the Quakers' lone goal in their 1-0 victory over Dartmouth.

This weekend, Penn cross country traveled to State College, Pa. for the Penn State National Open and to New Jersey for the Princeton Invitational.

Just two weeks after tallying a goal and an assist against Cornell, the freshman midfielder was able to score the game-winning goal against Dartmouth.

This weekend, Penn volleyball found itself in tight matches with Ivy competitors, splitting the two contests against its farthest Ivy rivals.

In Friday's contest, the Quakers battled to the end in a back-and-forth affair but ultimately fell in overtime, 6-5. They were then edged by Delaware two days later in a 1-0 battle.

In the women’s game, the Red team defeated the Blue team by a score of 70-51, and later in the men’s game, the Blue defeated the Red, 84-71.

Penn women’s soccer hoped to bounce back from a tough loss against Dartmouth, which still hasn’t won an Ivy League contest.
