South Street Bridge tower designs proposed Due to safety concerns, four design alternatives to the towers above the road deck of the South Street Bridge were introduced to community members on Monday. Domenique Wilson, the suspect in the home invasion and sexual assault at 44th and Spruce streets last December, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on a number of criminal counts that include an attack on three students at Lock Haven University.
