Abhishek Gadiraju

There are many qualities that are required to become a great leader. Confidence, responsibility, and dependability all come to mind. To me, though, being a good leader means having the courage to take risks that can work out to the benefit of your community. My name is Abhishek Gadiraju, and I’m a member of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. I am part of the new Market and Social Systems Engineering program, and I am willing to work as hard to be a good student leader as I am in the classroom. I will work towards integrating students from across different disciplines in the university and making Dining Dollar$ work in more locations across campus. These proposals have a risk of failure, but instead of being afraid of this, I will embrace any challenges along the way as a learning experience. Thank you, and remember, Shek’s Got Your Back!
