A trial date of June 16 has been set for Domenique Wilson, suspect in the home invasion and sexual assault at 44th and Spruce streets in December 2008.

Wilson, 24, is accused of holding two female Penn students against their will and sexually assaulting one in Dec. 2008.

In Feb. 2009, he was arrested in Lock Haven, Pa. and charged with more than 30 criminal counts, including 12 related to an incident in which he allegedly held three students against their will at knife-point and sexually assaulted two of them at Lock Haven University.

The assaults in Lock Haven and Philadelphia involved similar methods. In both cases, the attacker used a knife, bound his victims and took their ATM cards and cell phones.

A motions hearing has also been set for Wilson on May 11.
