Theft

Feb. 17 - A male student reported that his camcorder, worth about $800, was stolen from a room inside Meyerson Hall at about 5:00 p.m.

Feb. 17 - Michael Urquhart, 32, of the 700 block of Mayfair Street, allegedly took items without paying from the Wawa located at 3604 Chestnut St. at about 5:30 p.m.

Feb. 20 - A 52-year-old female staff member reported that several items of unknown value had been removed from her unsecured backpack in Huntsman Hall at about 11 p.m.

Feb. 20 - A 19-year-old male student reported that items worth about $200 were removed from an unsecured basket in the Pottruck Center at about 10:55 p.m.

Feb. 20 - A 24-year-old female staff member reported that her camera, value unknown, was stolen from a closet within her classroom at the Penn Children's Center, located at 3160 Chestnut St., at about 3 p.m.

Feb. 21 - A 26-year-old male unaffiliated with the University reported that the passenger's window of his vehicle, parked in the Sheraton parking lot at 3549 Chestnut St, had been broken and his global positioning system removed at about 5:50 p.m.

Feb. 21 - A 49-year-old male employee reported that, while he was talking on his Blackberry and walking on the 3400 block of Market Street at about 9:10 a.m., two suspects took the device from him.

Disorderly Conduct

Feb. 17 - College freshman Reid Rothenberg allegedly caused a disturbance and was involved in an altercation with a security officer at Strikes Bowling Lounge, located at 4040 Locust St., at about 9:45 p.m.

Feb. 17 - Dennis Menton, 19, of the 100 block of 34th Street, allegedly attempted to gain entrance to Gregory College House at about 1 a.m. and was arrested.

Burglary

Feb. 17 - Rakib Uddin, 20, of Morton, Pa., allegedly stole a laptop from a 20-year-old male student at 4050 Spruce St. at about 12:50 a.m.
