The Penn men's basketball team lost its first Ivy League game of the season, falling 78-60 at Yale Saturday night. The Quakers drop to 8-1 in league play and see their lead over the Elis narrow to two games in the loss column with Yale at 5-3. Tim Begley was shut down for the entire night by the Elis' Edwin Draughan, and Eric Osmundson struggled the entire weekend because of the flu. The loss also ended Penn's 11-game winning streak, which began with a win over Siena on Jan. 15. It was the worst loss for the Quakers since a 77-44 drubbing at Wisconsin back on Nov. 20.
