Sports Brief: Men's Basketball gains fourth commitment

Penn coach Fran Dunphy has brought in his fourth recruit for the Class of 2009 -- Kevin Egee, a 6-foot-2 guard from Folsom, Pa.

Currently a senior at Ridley High School, Egee was a first team All-Central League selection a season ago. He was also named to the All-Delaware Country second team and Whitehall Christmas Tournament All-Tournament squad.

Along with teammate Erv Tunnell, last year's Delaware County Times Player of the Year, Egee led his team to a Central League championship. The Green Raiders went 24-6 over last season and 17-1 in league play.

Three other current high school seniors have already committed to play for the Quakers next year --Aron Cohen (Jenkintown, Pa., Abington Friends School), Tommy McMahon (San Mateo, Calif., Serra High School) and Brennan Votel (Park Hills, Ky., Covington Catholic High School).
