Burglary
* Sept. 15 -- A female University student reported that when she returned to her residence on the 4000 block of Locust Street at 11:30 p.m., her black laptop computer was missing and her door was unlocked. The value of the computer is unknown.
* Sept. 10 -- A male University student reported that between 2 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., someone took a DVD player and a digital camera from his secured room. The items are valued at $1,000.
Theft * Sept. 14 -- A supervisor at Stemmler Hall, located at 3450 Hamilton Walk, reported that one of his employees was delivering items to the second floor of the building and left his cart unattended between 2:30 p.m. and 2:40 p.m. When the employee returned, he found a scanner, valued at $307, missing.
* Sept. 14 -- A man whose affiliation with the University is unknown reported that when he returned shortly after 12:20 p.m. to his parked Honda Accord at the Presbyterian Hospital parking garage at 51 N. 39th St., a CD player and 65 CDs, together valued at $1,350, were missing.
* Sept. 12 -- A male University student reported that he parked and secured his 18-speed yellow and black mountain bike outside of Harrison College House, located at 3910 Irving St., at 9:30 a.m. When he returned at 11:15 a.m., the bike was missing.
* Sept. 12 -- A man affiliated with the University reported that shortly before 8 a.m., outside of Franklin Field at 233 S. 33rd St., a man was seen attempting to break into the complainant's parked 1985 Pontiac. The alleged offender reportedly fled the area. William Henry of the 1300 block of South New Kirk was arrested by University Police in connection with the alleged incident and was taken for processing to the Philadelphia Police's 18th District headquarters at 55th and Pine streets.
* Sept. 11 -- A male employee of the Inn at Penn reported that at 5 p.m., the director of security at the hotel misplaced the hotel's master key. An unknown person reportedly entered room 418 and removed a laptop computer and two airline tickets together valued at $2,000.
* Sept. 11 -- A male staff member of Stouffer College House at 3702 Spruce St., reported that a laptop computer was delivered and signed for by an unknown person. The laptop, valued at $2,000, is reportedly missing.
