Theft * December 5 -- A person whose affiliation with the University was unknown reported a break-in at the Clinical Research Building at 415 Curie Boulevard around 10:30 a.m. The person reported that an office window was smashed and a laptop computer was taken. The computer was valued at over $1,000.
* December 4 -- A female University student reported that her wallet was stolen inside Hill College House at 3333 Walnut Street at around 10 a.m. The wallet contained her Penn ID, her driver's license, credit cards and $10 in cash.
* December 4 -- A person whose affiliation with the University was unknown reported that she saw four juveniles loading stolen items into garbage cans on the 3700 block of Spruce Street while a fifth hauled the cans away. The five juveniles, whose names were not released, were arrested at 8:15 p.m. The value of the stolen items was unknown.
