Robbery * November 25 -- A female University student reported that a man stole $20 in cash directly from her hand while she was riding the Market-Frankford subway line close to the stop at 40th and Market streets. The student was not hurt in the incident, and the suspect immediately fled the scene.
Theft * November 26 -- A female University student reported that the rear license plate was stolen from her car while it was parked on the 4200 block of Locust Street sometime between 10:30 p.m. on November 25 and 11 a.m. the next day.
* November 25 -- A man with no affiliation to the University reported that two Tocom cable boxes, together valued at $600, were stolen from his unlocked car while he went inside the 7-Eleven convenience store at 38th and Sansom streets at around 10 a.m.
* November 22 -- A male University student reported that his Gateway 9100 laptop computer, valued at $2,100, was stolen sometime between noon and 12:15 p.m. from an office at Logan Hall, located at 249 S. 36th Street.
* November 19 -- A male University faculty member reported that a $200 car compact disc player was taken from his car at around 5 p.m. Entry to the car was gained by removing the passenger-side lock.
