Campus Crime Report

Burglary € September 30 -- A male University employee reported that 48 cases of soda of unknown value were taken from Hill College House at 3333 Walnut Street. A doorframe had been broken.

Theft € October 2 -- A man whose affiliation to the University was unknown reported that the passenger-side window of his car, which was parked in a lot at 3400 Civic Center Boulevard, was broken at about 12:30 a.m. Taken were an amplifier, speakers and a suitcase containing DJ equipment.

€ October 1 -- A male University student reported that he placed his bag down on the 300 block of South 39th Street to play football at about 2:30 p.m. When he returned an hour later, the bag -- which contained cash, a wallet and credit cards -- was missing. The total value of the missing items was $185.

€ October 1 -- Two female University students reported that their purses, containing credit cards and identification, were taken from a party in a residence on the 3900 block of Spruce Street between 10 p.m. on September 30 and 1:30 a.m. the next day.

€ September 30 -- A female affiliated with the University reported that a computer was taken from Houston Hall at 3417 Spruce Street between 5 p.m. on September 28 and 4:30 p.m. on September 30. It was not clear as of last night whether the computer, valued at $2,000, had been secured.

€ September 29 -- A male University student reported that his secured bicycle was taken from outside Steinberg-Dietrich Hall at 3620 Locust Walk between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. The bike was valued at $350.

€ September 29 -- A University employee reported that the window of his locked car, which was parked on the 3700 block of Ludlow Street, was smashed between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Taken was a cellular phone, valued at $290.

€ September 29 -- A female student reported that her credit cards were taken from an unsecured locker in Houston Hall at 3417 Spruce Street at about 2:20 p.m.

€ September 28 -- A female University student reported that her wallet was taken from her purse, which was hanging on the back of her chair in Houston Hall at 3417 Spruce Street, between 2:15 p.m. and 3 p.m. Taken was a PennCard, several credit cards and $17 in cash.

€ September 28 -- A woman whose affiliation to the University is unknown reported that her secured bicycle was taken from in front of Steinberg-Dietrich Hall at 3620 Locust Walk between 11:45 a.m. and 7:45 p.m. The bike was valued at $600.
