Theft € September 9 -- A contractor reported that a fax machine was taken from an unsecured trailer on the 4000 block of Irving Street between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. The fax machine was valued at $300.
€ September 9 -- A man affiliated with the University reported that a Pennsylvania license plate was stolen from his 1989 Dodge Colt, which was parked on the 4100 block of Spruce Street sometime between 8 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
€ September 8 -- A male University student reported that his light blue Schwinn bicycle was taken from a bike rack in front of Gregory College House, located at 3941 Irving Street, at about 7 a.m. The value of the bike was unknown.
€ September 8 -- A woman unaffiliated with the University reported that she left her purse on a table in the Law Library, at 3460 Chestnut Street, for a few minutes at about 5 p.m. When she returned home that night, she noticed that two credit cards were missing from her purse.
€ September 7 -- A female University employee reported that she parked her car in a lot at 220 S. 32nd Street. When she returned to her vehicle later that day, the right rear window had been smashed. Taken were a rock climbing rope and a black bag, together valued at $100.
€ September 7 -- A female University employee reported that two credit cards were taken from her purse, which was under her desk in an office building at 3440 Market Street between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.
€September 4 -- A male student reported that his cellular phone and wallet, which contained $7,500 in cash, were taken from his residence on the 3800 block of Walnut Street at about 10 a.m.
