TheftTheft· January 17 -- A male University student reported that his $600 blue Diamondback bicycle was stolen from the railing to which it was locked outside of the Quadrangle at 3700 Spruce Street sometime between 4 a.m. on December 23 and 10:30 a.m. on January 17. A bike lock valued at $80 was also taken.
