The assailant was described as a black male, between 18 and 20 years old, 5'11", 140 pounds with a dark complexion.· November 19 -- A male University student was knocked to the ground and punched in the face by two men near the corner of 40th and Spruce streets at around 3:30 a.m. The student refused medical treatment.Auto Theft· November 19 -- A woman reported that her 1987 Honda was stolen while parked on the 200 block of South 38th Street between 9:15 a.m. and 2:10 p.m.Theft· November 20 -- A wallet containing $3 in cash, two credit cards, a PennCard and a driver's license was stolen while left on a table at the Penn Bookstore cafZ at around 2:45 p.m.· November 20 -- A male University student reported that his navy blue Trek bicycle, valued at $250, was stolen while secured to a rack outside Van Pelt Library, at 3420 Walnut Street, between 3:30 p.m. on November 19 and 2:30 p.m. the next day.· November 19 -- A cellular phone valued at $100 was taken from a jacket left unattended in Gimbel Gymnasium, located at 3701 Walnut Street, between 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.· November 19 -- A man reported that his registration and insurance cards, along with two compact discs, were taken from his car while parked on the 3900 block of Spruce Street between 7 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.· November 19 -- A female student reported that her unsecured red Trek bicycle was taken from the outside the Chi Omega sorority house at 3926 Spruce Street between 6 p.m. on November 16 and 10 a.m. the next day.· November 19 -- A female University student reported that a large wooden "X" was stolen from the exterior of the Chi Omega sorority house at 3926 Spruce Street between 3 a.m. on November 18 and 10 a.m. the following day.· November 19 -- A male reported that his wallet, containing $150 in cash, a calling card, several credit cards, a PennCard and a driver's license, was taken from a locker at Gimbel Gymnasium between 4:15 p.m. and 4:25 p.m.· November 19 -- A female University student reported that her wallet, containing $35 in cash, several credit cards and a checkbook, was stolen while left unattended at the Moravian CafZs food court, located at 3409 Walnut Street, at around 2:30 p.m.· November 19 -- A male University employee reported that $50 in cash was taken from a pair of pants left unattended in Bennett Hall, located at 3340 Walnut Street, between 1:50 p.m. and 1:55 p.m. · November 19 -- A male University student reported that his bicycle, valued at $300, was stolen while secured to a rack outside Harnwell College House, located at 3820 Locust Walk, between 5 p.m. on November 18 and noon the next day.· November 18 -- A female University student reported that her green Huffy mountain bicycle was stolen while secured outside 3906 Spruce Street between 5 p.m. on November 17 and 12:14 a.m. on November 19.· November 18 -- A female University student reported that $80 in cash and a bank card were taken from her purse at Mad 4 Mex, located in the 3401 Walnut Street complex, between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.All information was obtained from the University Police log book.
