Theft· November 13 -- A male University student reported that his mountain bicycle, valued at $150, was stolen while secured to a rack outside the Towne Building, located at 220 S. 33rd Street, between 3 p.m. on November 8 and 9 a.m. the next day.· November 12 -- A male University student reported that his Cannondale mountain bicycle, valued at $100, was stolen while locked to a rack outside the Towne Building between 10:35 p.m. and midnight on November 11.
