Penn, Phila. police to hold session on rapist The forum will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Stemmler Hall at 3450 Hamilton Walk. Capt. Joseph Mooney of the PPD's Special Victims Unit and Lt. Ken Coluzzi, who is heading the Schieber homicide investigation, will join Penn Police Chief Maureen Rush and Deputy Chief of Investigations Tom King at the forum, which is open to the entire University community. The event was organized by University Police Det. Supervisor Patricia Brennan, Public Safety's acting director of Special Services. Last month, PPD forensics experts linked an August sexual assault in Center City to Schieber's murder, as well as two 1997 sexual assaults. All four incidents involved college-aged women and occurred within several blocks of each other. -- Rod Kurtz
