Aggravated AssaultAggravated Assault· October 2 -- University Police arrested Troy Crawley after he allegedly pistol-whipped a female unaffiliated with the University on a SEPTA trolley car. The incident occurred at around 9:10 p.m. near the corner of 43rd Street and Baltimore Avenue. Crawley was transported to the Philadelphia Police Department's Southwest Detectives Bureau at 55th and Pine streets. The victim did not require medical attention.
