TheftTheft· September 29 -- A female employee of the Presbyterian Medical Center, located at 39th Street and Powelton Avenue, reported that her unsecured cellular phone of unknown value was taken between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. on September 27. Theft· September 29 -- A female employee of the Presbyterian Medical Center, located at 39th Street and Powelton Avenue, reported that her unsecured cellular phone of unknown value was taken between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. on September 27.· September 28 -- A female University student reported that her bag, containing $100 in cash, a computer disk valued at $50, a cellular phone, a PennCard and several credit cards was stolen from Kinko's, located at 3923 Walnut Street, around 3:40 p.m. The student said she left the bag unattended while making copies and it was gone when she returned.
