Narcotics ArrestNarcotics Arrest· September 24 -- University Police arrested Akeem Hayman near the corner of 38th and Chestnut streets after finding 52 packets of a white crystalline substance, believed to be crack cocaine, on the floor of his vehicle. The arrest occurred at around 1:25 a.m., after police stopped Hayman for failing to stop at a red light. Police say Hayman also had a packet of marijuana in his mouth. The men fled in separate vehicles. No injuries were reported.
