W. Track starts outdoor season in Quaker Invite Hopefully for the participants and fans, the weather will be warmer than the near-freezing temperatures of the 1998 Quaker Invitational. Despite the bitter weather last year, hurdler Ja Juan Gair won the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.07 and Aqiyla Muhammad placed first in the long jump with her 18-foot leap. -- Zac Costello
