Simple AssaultSimple Assault· January 18 -- A female University student reported that a man between the ages of 60 and 70 years old struck her with a tire iron and threatened her verbally as she was walking outside a local branch of the post office on the 3100 block of Market Street at about 9 a.m. He then got into a four-door sedan and drove away. The student was not injured.
