South Eastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority vehicle operators and maintenace personnel voted Sunday to strike if a new contract is not negotiated by March 15. Hundreds of University faculty, staff and administrators, as well as commuting students, who rely on SEPTA for daily transportation to the University could be affected by a SEPTA strike. According to Steven Murray, associate vice president of businesses services at the University, the plan was almost complete yesterday. "The plan is being put together right now," Murray said yesterday. "75 percent of [the plan] is put together." -- Melissa Fragnito
