The student, known as John Doe in court documents, was accused of sexual assault by another student, Jane Roe, in June of 2016. Penn found him responsible for sexual misconduct. 

Among the organizations identified in the Paradise Papers were over 100 top U.S. universities, including Columbia University, Princeton University and Penn. 

Members of the task force concluded that ongoing initiatives have been adequately addressing the issue of mental health on campus.
