The Penn men's soccer freshman's father formerly played professional soccer in the Netherlands, meaning Lammers inherited his passion for the game early on. 

Fortunately for many Penn athletes, they may have found the answer to their scheduling dilemma — scooters. 

Sam Philippi, Nick Robinson, and Drew Brennan are three Penn football seniors who will be graduating at the end of the fall semester.

These wins were spearheaded by senior midfielder Brandon Bartel and freshman midfielder Jack Rosener, who won the Ivy League Player of the Week and Ivy League Rookie of the Week awards, respectively.

After defeating Delaware State in its last nonconference game of the season by a score of 2-0, Penn women’s soccer returned to Rhodes Field hoping to extend its winning streak against Yale.

This weekend, the Quakers went 1-1, starting the weekend with a back-and-forth 4-2 win against Yale on Saturday before suffering a 1-0 defeat to Lafayette at home on Sunday. 

Jenkins completed 14 of 21 pass attempts for 263 yards with three touchdowns and an interception in a resounding 49-7 win against Alderson Broaddus.

On Friday night at the Palestra, Penn women’s volleyball opened up their second half of Ivy League play against rival Princeton.

It was coach Bill Wagner’s last game at Franklin Field, and Penn sprint football was sure to give him a proper send off in a dominating win.

The Red and Blue knew the odds were stacked against them; they hadn't beaten a ranked team since 2010. But from the opening whistle, Penn played with poise and confidence. 

The bar for success, having been lowered so demonstrably by the previous week’s outing at Columbia, was surpassed despite the final score. 

Despite going into the fourth quarter holding a slim lead, the Quakers succumbed to a late comeback and could not recover in New Haven, Conn.

After a lopsided defeat last weekend to Columbia, Penn football hits the road again in search of its first Ivy League victory against Yale. 

The Quakers are heating up after an 0-5 start to their season, winning five of their last eight games, including two against Ivy League opponents. Much of the team's resurgence is to due to the breakout season of Fagan.

Jack Hennigan had never heard of sprint football before his first visit to Franklin Field. Four years later, the senior linebacker is the behind-the-scenes leader of Penn sprint football. 

Penn teams will have had their fill of competition from Yale after this weekend, as field hockey and both soccer teams will face off against the Bulldogs.
