Penn football falls to Columbia in overtime, 34-31

Penn football fell to Columbia, 34-31 in overtime. The Lions (5-0, 2-0 Ivy) crawled back from a 21-7 deficit by scoring 21 unanswered points in the fourth quarter before walking off in overtime on a 24-yard touchdown to wide receiver Josh Wainwright. Penn Football defeats Lehigh 65-47

Penn football won its fourth game in a row in a 65-47 shootout against Lehigh, moving to 2-0 on the season. The Quakers punted just one time during the entire contest in which offenses reigned supreme and touchdowns came virtually every possession. Penn hadn't won its first two games since 2004, and now looks toward Ivy League play riding a wave of momentum as Dartmouth comes to Philadelphia on Friday.
