Bike Theft:

Sept. 26: A complainant reported their bike missing from the 3200 block of Chestnut Street despite being secured with a chain lock. 

Burglary:

Sept. 28: An unknown person broke into a locked basement on the 100 block of S 39th Street and took tools and equipment.

Disorderly Conduct:

Sept. 28: An suspect identified as Kimberley Feeney was yelling and screaming on the 3900 block of Spruce Street. Her behavior was noted as threatening, erratic, and verbally abusive. Feeney was given a citation.

Sept. 28: Around the same time on the same 3900 block of Spruce Street, a suspect identified as Mark Casen was uncooperative and yelling during an investigation. He then proceeded to smash a vehicle window with a cane. Casen was given a citation.

Retail Theft:

Sept. 29: An unknown suspect took approximately 20-30 sports drinks from the Wawa on 3604 Chestnut St. without payment.

Vandalism and Theft:

Oct. 1: A complainant discovered their car’s driver side window broken and their personal belongings missing, after leaving their car on the 4200 block of Sansom Street.

Fraud:

Oct. 1: A complainant from the Penn Presbyterian Medical Center reported a theft of U.S. currency to the police.
