7/5/2013: A theft from a vehicle was reported on the 100 block of S. 39th Street at 10:00 p.m.

Bike Theft:

7/6/2013: A bike theft was reported at 231 S. 34th St. at 8:30 a.m.

7/7/2013: A bike theft was reported on the 300 block of 42nd Street at 9:00 a.m.

Theft from Building:

7/5/2013: A theft was reported at 3549 Chestnut St. at 2:00 p.m.

7/5/2013: A theft was reported at the Pottruck Center at 3701 Walnut St. at 6:45 p.m.

7/8/2013: A theft was reported at Stellar-Chance Laboratories at 422 Curie Blvd. at 12:30 p.m.

7/9/2013: A theft was reported at Van Pelt Library at 3:30 p.m.

7/9/2013: A theft was reported at the Starbucks at 3421 Chestnut St. at 4:10 p.m.

7/10/2013: A theft was reported at Hill Pavillion at 380 University Ave. at 11:30 a.m.

7/11/2013: A theft was reported at the New Chemistry Building at 231 S. 34th St. at 12:20 p.m.

7/11/2013: A theft was reported at 3401 Walnut St. at 3:00 p.m.

7/11/2013: A theft was reported at Gregory College House at 3909 Spruce St. at 5:00 p.m.

Retail Theft:

7/8/2013: A theft was reported at the Wawa at 3604 Chestnut St. at 5:40 p.m.

Other Theft:

7/10/2013: A theft was reported at the Richards Building at 3700 Hamilton Walk at 2:10 a.m.

DUI:

7/5/2013: An unaffiliated 51-year-old male vehicle operator was arrested on the 4100 block of Baltimore Avenue at 9:31 p.m. after he was observed driving aggressively by police. When the driver was stopped, police observed that the driver had a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. Open containers of alcohol were observed in the vehicle.

Public Drunkenness:

7/6/2013: An unaffiliated 23-year-old male received a citation on the 3700 block of Walnut Street at 11:12 p.m. after officers responded to a verbal disturbance and found the suspect with a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and person, as well as slurred speech.

7/9/2013: An unaffiliated 37-year-old male was cited for public drunkenness on the 4000 block of Chestnut Street at 9:17 p.m. and disorderly conduct after he was observed walking in traffic lanes and yelling, causing a disturbance.

Disorderly Conduct:

7/7/2013: An unaffiliated 57-year-old male received a citation on the 3900 block of Walnut Street at 5:50 p.m. after he was observed aggressively panhandling. Following warnings to stop, he was stopped by police, after which he became aggressive and began yelling and causing a scene. He was cited, then released.

7/9/2013: An unaffiliated 36-year-old male was arrested at the intersection of 40th and Market streets after he approached police who were conducting a vehicle stop, and harassed and cursed at them. He refused to leave when requested, and continued to yell and cause a scene.

Fraud:

7/11/2013: A fraud was reported involving two offenders who were accompanied by two small children that left the Chilis restaurant at 3801 Chestnut St. at 10:50 p.m. without paying for their food or beverages.
