Theft

Dec. 2 — A female student, 21, reported at about 2:45 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed her unattended laptop from Van Pelt Library.

Dec. 1 — A female student, 20, reported at about 9:15 a.m. that someone took cash from her residence at the Radian Apartments, located at 3925 Walnut St.

Nov. 30 — A male University employee, 26, reported at about 7:00 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed property from an unsecured area in Hutchinson Gymnasium, located at 220 S. 32nd St.

Nov. 30 — Two female students reported at about 5:00 p.m. that someone removed a laptop from an unsecured locker in the Chemistry Building.

Nov. 30 — A man unaffiliated with the University, 20, reported at about 12:15 a.m. that an unknown suspect took his secured bicycle at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, at 51 N. 39th St.

Nov. 29 — A female student, 25, reported at about midnight that someone entered her secured vehicle and removed her GPS device on the 4200 block of Delancey Street.

Nov. 29 — A male student, 20, reported at about 9:45 p.m. that an unknown suspect took his unattended laptop on the 3300 block of Walnut Street.

Nov. 29 — A female student, 22, and a male student, 20, reported at 12:45 that someone took their unattended laptops in Steinberg-Deitrich Hall.

Nov. 28 — A male student, 24, reported at about 2:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect took his unattended laptop in Houston Hall on 3417 Spruce St.

Nov. 27 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 31, reported at about 9:15 a.m. that her GPS deice was removed from her secured vehicle on the 4200 block of Pine Street.

Nov. 26 — Merchandise was reported to be taken by someone at 7:45 p.m. from the Natural Shoe Store, located at 226 S. 40th St.

Harassment

Nov. 26 — A man unaffiliated with the University, 35, reported at about 5:45 p.m. that he received unwanted phone calls at Allegro Pizza, at 3942 Spruce St.

Burglary

Nov. 29 — A male student, 20, reported at about 1:15 a.m. that framed pictures were reportedly taken on the 3600 block of Locust Walk.

Robbery

Nov. 30 — Several unknown suspects were reported at about 2:00 p.m. to have taken merchandise from American Apparel, located at 3661 Walnut St., without paying. One of the suspects struck a woman unaffiliated with the University, 22, while exiting the store.

Fraud

Nov. 30 — A man unaffiliated with the University, 20, reported at about 11:15 a.m. that unauthorized charges were made to his credit card at the Inn at Penn, located at 3600 Sansom St.
