Sex Offense June 26 — An indecent assault was reported at about 5:15 p.m. on the 3400 block of Spruce Street.
Fraud June 26 — An unknown suspect was reported to have attempted to make a fraudulent transaction at TD Bank, located at 3735 Walnut St.
Vandalism June 30 — A man unaffiliated with the University, 30, reported at about 8:15 p.m. that someone vandalized his vehicle on the 200 block of S. 43rd Street.
June 29 — A vending machine at College Hall was reported vandalized at about 8:30 a.m.
June 28 — A man unaffiliated with the University, 26, reported at about 1:00 p.m. that an unknown suspect vandalized his vehicle on the 3400 block of Walnut Street.
Burglary June 26 — Joseph Vilcheck, 45, unaffiliated with the Univerity and of the 800 block of N. 26th Street, was arrested at about 11:45 a.m. for allegedly entering Huntsman Hall and trying to remove items without permission.
Assault June 28 — Stephen Brown, 53, unaffiliated with the University and of the unit block of N Peach Street, was arrested at about 2:00 p.m. for allegedly assaulting police at 4040 Chestnut St.
Theft July 1 — Someone was reported at about 9:00 p.m. to have taken merchandise without paying from the CVS store at 3925 Walnut St.
July 1 — A female employee of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, 31, reported at about 5:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect took personal property from her unsecured desk.
July 1 — A male student, 22, reported at about 10:00 p.m. that someone took his cable lock-secured bicycle on the 4200 block of Walnut Street.
June 30 — A man unaffiliated with the University, 53, reported at about 7:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect took his cable lock-secured bicycle at HUP.
June 30 — Bianca Frazier, 22, unaffiliated with the University and of the 1500 block of S. Ringgold Street, was arrested at about 7:30 p.m. for allegedly taking merchandise without paying from American Apparel, located at 3661 Walnut St.
June 30 — A female student, 23, reported at about 5:15 p.m. that someone took her cell phone from her person on the 3800 block of Sansom Street.
June 30 — A female employee of Starbucks at 3421 Chestnut St, 35, reported at about 12:45 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed unattended personal property.
June 29 — A woman unaffiliated with the University, 19, reported at about 8:30 p.m. that someone took personal property from her residence on the unit block of S. 42nd Street.
June 26 — Two female juveniles, aged 16 and 17, were arrested at about 5:15 p.m. for allegedly taking merchandise without paying from American Apparel.
June 26 — Unknown suspects were reported at 4:00 p.m. to have removed merchandise without paying from American Apparel.
June 26 — A man unaffiliated with the University, 25, reported at about 10:30 a.m. that an unknown suspect removed items, in plain view, from his secured vehicle on the unit block of S. 41st Street.
June 26 — Brant Smith, 38, unaffiliated with the University and of the 3000 block of Wharton Street, was arrested at about 2:53 a.m. for allegedly attempting to take items without paying from Fresh Grocer, located at 4001 Walnut St.
