Wharton seniors Matt Dragon, Cesar Grajales and Roger “Rollie” Peterkin — three wrestlers who were arrested Nov. 16 for alleged aggravated assault — have a preliminary hearing today at 8 a.m. in the courthouse of the Southwest Philadelphia Detectives’ office, located at 55th and Pine Streets. They had an arraignment preliminary hearing on Nov. 25.
The arrests were made in connection with an incident on Oct. 3, but were delayed while the District Attorney’s Office investigated the case.
The complaint was filed Nov. 11. The wrestlers face four charges including simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
Sources could not confirm the details of the Oct. 3 incident.
