Sept. 23 - A male student, 22, reported that someone removed laptops from his unsecured residence on the 200 block of S. 41st Street at about 9:15 a.m.
Sept. 23 - A male student, 20, reported that someone removed laptops from his residence on the 4000 block of Irving Street at about 2:30 p.m.
Sept. 21 - A male student, 21, reported that an unknown suspect removed laptops from the Delta Psi house, located at 3637 Locust Walk, at about 3:45 a.m.
Sept. 20 - A male student, 19, reported that someone removed property from the Beta Theta Pi house at about 5:45 a.m.
Narcotic
Sept. 20 - James McCall, 62, of the 3400 block of Joyce Street and unaffiliated with the University, was arrested on the 4000 block of Spruce Street at about 5 a.m. for allegedly possessing cocaine.
Theft
Sept. 25 - Karimah Choice, 31, of the 1600 block of Louder Street and unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for allegedly attempting to leave Gap, located at 3423 Walnut St., without paying for merchandise valued at $88 at about 2 p.m.
Sept. 25 - A woman unaffiliated with the University, 51, reported that her unattended purse was taken by someone at Penn Barber, located at 3730 Spruce St., at about 5:45 p.m.
Sept. 24 - A woman unaffiliated with the University reported that her GPS device was taken from her car, parked on the 3100 block of Chestnut Street, at about 11:45 p.m.
Sept. 22 - A man unaffiliated with the University, 45, reported that personal items were taken from his car, parked on the 4100 block of Ludlow Street, at about 11 a.m.
Sept. 21 - A male student, 19, reported that someone took his laptop from his unsecured room on the 3600 block of Locust Walk at about 9:30 a.m.
Sept. 21 - A male student, 19, reported that someone removed the rear wheel from his secured bicycle at 3909 Spruce St. at about 2:30 p.m.
Sept. 20 - A male student, 21, reported that his unattended backpack and laptop were taken on the 3900 block of Sansom Street at about 4:15 a.m.
Sept. 20 - A male student, 21, reported that someone took his secured bicycle from the 3900 block of Locust Walk at about 1:30 p.m.
Sept. 20 - A man unaffiliated with the University, 25, reported that someone took his secured bicycle from the 3900 block of Ludlow Street at about 2 p.m.
Sept. 20 - Lavita Clofield, 19, of the 500 block of S. 55th Street and unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for allegedly attempting to leave Urban Outfitters, located at 110 S. 36th St., without paying at about 3:30 p.m.
Sept. 20 - A male student, 21, reported that someone took an XM radio and loose change from his car on the 3800 block of Walnut Street at about 5 p.m.
Sept. 20 - A woman unaffiliated with the University, 20, reported that someone took her unattended wallet at Mizu, located at 111 S. 40th St., at about 6 p.m.
Sept. 20 - A female University employee, 20, reported that someone took her wallet and cell phone on the 3400 block of Market Street at about 9:30 p.m.
Sept. 20 - A woman unaffiliated with the University, 48, reported that someone took her GPS device from her car on the 100 block of S. 42nd Street at about 11:30 p.m.
Sept. 19 - A male University employee reported that someone removed a cash box from an office in the McNeil Building at about 12:30 p.m.
Sept. 19 - A male student, 19, reported that someone took his bicycle, valued at $800, from the 3800 block of Locust Walk at about 2 p.m.
Sept. 19 - A female University employee, 30, reported that someone took her secured bicycle from the Vet Hospital at about 9 p.m.
Fraud
Sept. 22 - Melvin White, 40, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for allegedly attempting to cash a fraudulent check at Commerce Bank, located at 3731 Walnut St., at about 6:15 p.m.
Vandalism
Sept. 20 - A man unaffiliated with the University reported that someone damaged his car on the 4000 block of Locust Street at about 1:30 a.m.
