The Penn men's basketball team will face off with Big East regular-season co-champion Boston College on Thursday in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. The Quakers are seeded 13th in the Chicago Regional, and will take on the fourth-seeded Eagles in their 21st trip to the Tournament. More details to come in Tuesday's DP.
