Crew performs well at Princeton Chase Regatta

Both the men's lightweight crew team and the women's crew team competed over the weekend at the Princeton Chase Regatta, and both emerged with satisfying results.

On the men's side, the team received top 10 finishes in both the lightweight eight and four events.

"One of our main performance goals for the weekend was to finish in the top four spots in total time for varsity and second varsity crews," Penn coach Mike Irwin said. "This was a good sign that we have the capacity to be in the upper level of the league come April and May."

The women's team was also successful, garnering several top finishes over the weekend.
