Penn women's basketball coach Kelly Greenberg has left the program to take over as the new head coach at Boston University.
The news was broken late last night by the Boston University student newspaper, the Daily Free Press, and Greenberg's hiring was announced at a press conference this morning.
In five years as the Quakers' head coach, Greenberg compiled a 84-54 record, including the team's only two Ivy League championships in 2001 and 2004.
Check back on dailypennsylvanian.com later today, and in tomorrow's edition of the Summer Pennsylvanian, for further updates as they occur.
