Feast wins at NWCA All-Star Classic Penn sophomore wrestler Matt Feast, ranked No. 11 in the country, defeated Clarion's John Testa 3-2 at the National Wrestling Coaches Association All-Star Classic on Monday. The University of Delaware hosted the event. It was Feast's 21st win this season. After the two heavyweights battled to a scoreless first period, Testa jumped out to an 1-0 lead with an escape early in the second period. Feast rallied to tie at one with an escape of his own to begin the third period. With twenty seconds remaining in the final period, Feast scored the only takedown of the match to take a 3-1 lead. Testa added a last second escape to set the final margin. This was the undercard heavyweight matchup, as No. 1 Steve Mocco of Iowa won over No. 9 Pat Cummins of Penn State, 6-2. Cornell's Clint Wattenberg -- ranked No. 2 at 184 -- was the only other Ivy League wrestler to triumph at Delaware. Wattenberg pulled off an upset in a possible NCAAs preview, defeating No. 1 Jessman Smith of Iowa with a pin in the second period. Wattenberg's No. 6 Big Red team had ended the Quakers' two year Ivy unbeaten streak the previous Friday. Wattenberg's Cornell teammate did not fare as well. Dustin Maniotti -- No. 9 in the country at 149 -- lost to Jake Percival of No. 4 Ohio 8-4. -- Andrew DeLaney
