No rain is expected until Sunday, but rain or shine the concert will be outside. The forecast for Fling looks good, with no rain in sight until Sunday, which should bode well for the festivities in the Quadrangle on Friday and Saturday and the concert on Hill Field Friday night. The weekend's Accuweather forecast looks sunny and dry, with any rain holding off until Sunday. Friday will be partly sunny with a high of 62 degrees and a low of 41, while Saturday will be sunny with a high of 75 and a low of 51. But no matter what the weather this weekend, Social Planning and Events Committee Chairman Jon Herrmann said this year's show -- which will feature the Roots and Ben Folds Five -- will be held outside even if Friday night's weather is less than perfect. For the past three years, the concert has been moved indoors due to rainy weather. "It's going to be outdoors," said Herrmann, a Wharton senior. He added that, "God likes the Roots and Ben Folds Five, so it's going to stay outside." Herrmann added that SPEC had only planned on moving the concert in the event of "pretty inclement weather." -- Caryn Tamber
