TheftTheft· February 12 -- University Police arrested James Bagate, a man unaffiliated with the University, after they observed him removing items from a car on the 3400 block of Chestnut Street around 1 p.m. Bagate, who also went by the aliases James Thomas and Russell Thompson, was taken to the Philadelphia Police Department station at 55th and Pine streets for processing. Theft· February 12 -- University Police arrested James Bagate, a man unaffiliated with the University, after they observed him removing items from a car on the 3400 block of Chestnut Street around 1 p.m. Bagate, who also went by the aliases James Thomas and Russell Thompson, was taken to the Philadelphia Police Department station at 55th and Pine streets for processing.· February 11 -- A female University student reported that her wallet, containing a PennCard, $7 in cash, SEPTA tokens and house keys, was taken from her coat at the Blarney Stone, located at 3900 Sansom Street, sometime between 11 p.m. on February 10 and 3 a.m the next day.
