AEPi to sign disciplinary agreement over incident Reikofski refused to reveal the details of the agreement until it is signed tomorrow. The investigation, which has been underway for the past month, resulted from the September 17 alcohol poisoning of a freshman girl. The 17-year-old was rushed to the hospital after consuming more than 12 drinks at an AEPi hotel party. Reikofski explained that the fraternity was in violation of several University policies, leading the undergraduate brothers, OFSA, the alumni advisors and the national office to work on the agreement, which will create disciplinary and educational policies. Reikofski stressed that the disciplinary process is beneficial for fraternities and that "things do happen for educational purposes, we're not babysitters." Contractual agreements in past fraternity discipline situations have included closure of the house, social probation, increased risk management and educational workshops. The president of AEPi, Wharton junior Dan Tehrani, and other fraternity officials could not be reached last night for comment. --Catherine Lucey
