Bomb ThreatBomb Threat· March 31 -- University and Philadelphia Police, in addition to the United States Secret Service, responded to a threat of a bomb reportedly scheduled to detonate at 4:30 p.m. at the Penn Tower Hotel. The area was surveyed and declared safe. The Secret Service involvement was due to a scheduled visit by Vice President Al Gore.
