Think about how you'd feel if Bowman and Tim Krug heard more of a roar from the opposing bleachers than from the home team's side of the gym. Not a pretty picture, is it? The past three seasons have been fruitful for Quakers faithful: three conference championships, three trips to March Madness and victories over nationally ranked opponents like Michigan and Nebraska. Although the team has faltered twice in conference play this year, younger guys like Garett Kreitz and Paul Romanczuk have stepped up to fill the big shoes left behind by the likes of Matt Maloney and Shawn Trice. If the Quakers top the Tigers this evening, there will be one more game of Ivy League basketball this season, to determine which team goes to the Big Dance. And there's no reason why, with our whole-hearted support, Penn can't be the team to represent the Ancient Eight.
